FT Days / 80 Hours Bi-Weekly
(Main shift is days but required to work 5-7 evening shifts per month. Every other weekend)

The Pharmacist- NE assures the appropriate selection, dosing, administering, and dispensing of medication orders.
Reviews and assesses medication orders to identify, prevent and resolve potential and actual drug related problems. Recommends formulary alternatives when appropriate.
Compounds and dispenses medications for accurate delivery to patients.
Provides drug information and education to medical staff and patients.
Communicates with physicians and other clinicians as necessary to facilitate care.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Licensed Pharmacist obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date. Current license from the State of Oklahoma or license issued by State of Kansas for positions residing in Kansas and fulfillment of 15 hours continuing education per year.
Bachelor of Science
Bachelor's of Science in Pharmacy from an accredited College of Pharmacy required Doctorate of Pharmacy preferred
Working knowledge of all Federal and State Pharmacy laws as well as other licensure and accreditation requirements. Knowledge of drug use and dosing of pharmaceuticals for all age groups.
