We also launched Coursera for Business, partnering with enterprise companies around the world to provide access to curated skill development for their employees.
Coursera is looking for a Technical Account Manager to join our Partner Services team. You will support our partners to bring high quality content onto our platform by owning project management, platform onboarding, technical case resolution, and cross-functional coordination. You will work closely with Business Development, Product, and Engineering to resolve issues, advocate partner needs, and make Coursera the very best place to launch high impact learning experiences.

Contribute and collaborate cross functionally to share knowledge and best practices with team members, contribute to internal projects and initiatives and serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for specific technical or process areas
Provide pre-sales assistance by doing demos and answering platform related questions
4 years of technical account management, strategic technical support or sales engineering experience
Passion for customer success and deep interest in understanding client needs
Technical knowledge and expertise as a technical platform expert
Demonstrated ability in project management
Effective at collaborating with cross-functional partners on shared initiatives
Strong critical thinking and exceptional problem solving skills
Proficiency in HTML, SQL a plus
